Kasautii Zindagii Kay was undoubtedly the most popular TV serial in early 2000's and there might be a good news for the KZK fans as there's a possibility of a second part. Erica Fernandez who received a lot of love and support for her previous TV show Kuch Rang Pyar ke Aise Bhi is said to play Prerna in the second season of Ekta Kapoor production's Kasautii.
If a report in a leading daily is to be believed then Erica will be playing the lead role as Prerna and will be shooting for a video for the announcement soon. A source revealed, “Erica came on board a while ago and is slated to shoot a video for the announcement soon. Talks have been on with her Kuch Rang… co-star Shaheer Sheikh to join in as the male lead. The show will go on air in August on Star Plus and work on creating the grand sets for the show has begun.”
Shaheer and Erica have been a very popular couple of the Indian Television and if they're joining hand again for Kasautii then it's undoubtedly going to be a big hit.
Kasautii was the story of Prerna and Anurag and their struggles with love and life and also how they were never able to meet due to circumstances.
