Almost three years back (2015), when Ekta Kapoor launched her supernatural show – Naagin, nobody was expecting it to be a roaring success. Barring the first few weeks, the show constantly stayed on No. 1 slot, according to BARC India. Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan became household names thanks to the TV series.
The show became so popular that it won numerous awards and returned for its second season which was also a very big hit. And that completely explains why Ekta came up with the season 3. Though, this season the viewers won’t get a chance to witness the shenanigans drama between Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan; Ekta surely has planned enough surprises for her loyal viewers.
Naagin 3 posters and promos are already out and yes the actors look quite impressive. The new naagins – Karishma Tanna, Surbhi Jyoti and Anita Hassanandani are all set to entice the audiences with their glamorous-sultry avatar. Well, looking at the promos, we are already excited.

Chemistry between Anita Hassandani and Surbhi Jyoti:
Apparently, actresses Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Jyoti will play the lead role in the third season; whereas Karishma Tanna will be seen in just few first episodes. So far, the chemistry between Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan was very much appreciated by the audience. Obviously, Anita and Surbhi will have to work really hard to match up to Mouni-Adaa’s chemistry on the screen.
Recently, actress Surbhi Jyoti posted a few pictures on her Instagram page and it seems that the actors are having a gala time on the sets. In the picture, Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Jyoti along with the actors were all smiles as they pose for a selfie.
Cameo by previous season’s actors – Mouni Roy, Adaa Khan and Arjun Bijlani
Rumour has it that actors Mouni Roy, Adaa Khan and Arjun Bijlani who were part of Naagin 1 and Naagin 2 have shot for special appearances in the show. Watching so many good-looking actors on one platform will surely be a treat for the viewers; isn’t it?
Chemistry between Surbhi Jyoti and Pearl V Puri:
Surbhi and Pearl have been paired together for the very first time and yes; like previous seasons; this time too we are expecting lot of romantic scenes between the lead pair.
Also, Pearl is touted as the playboy of the small screen having being linked to most of his co-stars. We wonder, what’s next in the store for him?
Blockbuster films ‘Naagin’ and ‘Jaani Dushman’ on small screen:
Reportedly, the storyline of Naagin 3 is inspired by Rajkumar Kohli's Naagin and Jaani Dushman and if the first promo is anything to go by, the reports appear to be true.
We also hear that this season, the makers will focus more on modern and contemporary topics unlike previous two seasons which dwelled more on mythological and royal themes.
VFX improvement:
Looking at the promos, one could easily make out that this season; the VFX (Visual Effects) team have put in more efforts as compared to the previous ones. We just hope that audience enjoy the great visuals throughout this season.
Naagin 3 will start from 2nd June, 2018.
