While last year saw many star weddings, 2018 started with another unison of yet another lovely couple Gautam Rode & Pankhuri Awasthy. The duo had a very private engagement last year. Picking a surreal location at the Delhi- Rajasthan border, Gautam & Pankhuri's Mehendi was nothing less than a royal affair at the picturesque fort with the decor & the vibe straight out of an SLB film.
Gautam looked dapper in a Pawan & Pranav Blue Pathani whereas Pankhuri made for a lovely bride in Kalki outfit with ethereal jewelry by Jaipur Jewels. What is the wedding without some naach gaana... The mothers of the couple danced to the tunes of folk Rajasthani dhols. Gautam was joined by his friends from the industry. Gautam's danced to his heart's content with close friend Nigaar Khan later joined by Rajesh Kumar.

The couple paid attention to detail & had the perfect decor for the pre-wedding festivities. The entire fort looked colourful with exotic flower decor & balloons to add to the charm. The wedding celebrations kicked in earlier in the day with the Shagan ceremony followed by Mehendi. The guests couldn't stop raving about the scrumptious & extravagant meal served.
