17th September seems to be special for a lot of celebrities. And why do we say that? The day marked the birthday of Telly Stars Sanaya Irani, Nia Sharma and also Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who celebrated his birthday in Gujarat where he inaugurated the Sardar Sarovar Dam situated on the Narmada river. The telly beauties Sanaya and Nia celebrated their day with friends and family.
Sanaya seems to have chosen a nearby weekend getaway spot to rush away from the constant hustle-bustle of the city, in a quiet and pleasant climate with her husband Mohit Sehgal and close friends Barun Sobti, Raqesh Bapat, Ridhi Dogra and others.

Nia on the other hand, rung in her day with friends in the city and danced her heart out till the wee of hours. She went on to cut more than a dozen cakes brought in by her friends and fans. This is Sanaya's second birthday post her wedding while it was Nia's first birthday after bagging the title of Asia's 3rd sexiest woman. Nia is currently seen on Colors' Khatron Ke Khiladi and is the first finalist. Sanaya was supposed to make a comeback with Zee TV's Meenu Mausi but the show got a scrapped.
