Kunal Kemmu's directorial debut, Madgaon Express, released in theatres globally yesterday. Starring Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwary, and others, the comedy-drama received rave reviews. Due to a strong positive word of mouth, Madgaon Express has opened on a good note.
Madgaon Express, produced by Excel Entertainment, registered a good start at the box office with a collection of Rs. 1.63 crores on Day 1. The weekend collection is expected to grow.
Directed by Kunal Kemmu and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment, Madgaon Express is about three childhood friends who reunite after several years and plan a trip to Goa. However, the voyage is filled with highs and lows, leading to unexpected humourous situations.
