Sidharth Shukla's father Ashok Shukla left for his heavenly abode 15 years ago when the actor was 25 years old. On October 14, it was his birth anniversary. Sidharth, who is currently inside the Bigg Boss 14 house for a few weeks as 'toofani senior' remembered him and was seen talking to Gauahar Khan and Hina Khan. A day before his father's birth anniversary, the 39-year-old actor recalled an incident and told about it to the actresses.
In a video shared on his Instagram page handled by his team, Sidharth recalled the day when he was getting late to go to school and had a heavy bag on his shoulder. He said his father came to drop him till the school bus. Sidharth added that he was left awestruck on seeing his father carry his heavy school bag and how his hair bounced like a hero as he ran towards the bus.
During the episode, Sidharth said those who have both parents together and are living with them are lucky. He told that his father passed away when he was modelling and gushed about his will power. Sidharth shared with Gauahar and Hina that his father lived for seven years after lung ailment diagnosis. “He did not see me achieving all this,” he added.
On Sidharth's father's birth anniversary, his fans celebrated it with 'Happy Birthday Ashok Uncle' trend.
