His emotional-spiritual side will help people see what a great person he is: Teejay on Karanvir's win in BB12

India's most popular reality show Bigg Boss is back with its dramatic 12th season. While it has only been two days since its launch, there has been immense drama and fights on the show already. Amongst the sixteen contestants who entered the BB house the most mature and sorted one is undoubtedly telly star Karanvir Bohra. Karanvir entered the house as a single and just in two days he has been seen handling ugly situations pretty well.
We recently got in touch with Karanvir's wife Teejay Sidhu who revealed why her husband can definitely come out as a winner.
Excerpts from the interview:
You posted a picture where you mentioned that Karanvir wanted you to work so that he could be the stay-at-home dad? What are your thoughts on this?
It started off as a joke actually because I told KV once I would want to work even after having children. After seeing how fun it was being at home with the babies, KV said he wouldn't mind sending me off to work, and him staying home! But honestly speaking, I am blessed to have a partner who understands that parenting is an equal responsibility.  And hence I love the fact that both of us have been able to take turns, understand and prioritize our work according to what comes our way.  And yes KV loves being at home with the children but for the next few months it is my turn and maybe post this show, we will swap and he can stay at home while I get back to work.
Bella and Vienna are both very attached to Karanvir, how do you think they’re going to handle him staying away from them for so long?
Yes because he's been such a hands-on father that they really are equally close to both of us.  It is never easy for children as they don't understand yet! Even when he would be shooting for a daily, they didn't understand why they didn't see dad around the house during the daytime.  We are going to Canada so that they will be at my mum's and hopefully with my sisters and family around they will miss KV less.
Karanvir is very emotional and spiritual but the Bigg Boss house is completely the opposite so do you think he’s going to survive inside and come out as a winner? If so then why?
Yes of course! He's also seeing this as an internal journey and he is a very strong and kind-hearted man.  And while the house tests you, it also helps you grow.  In fact, I feel the emotional and spiritual side of him will only help people see what a great person he is as well as help him tackle some of the hardships that come along the way in a very different as well as mature manner.  To win you need to be strong enough to survive and that strength comes from KV's spirituality and emotional maturity.
If given a chance will you join Karanvir inside the house too?
Honestly, we are parents first!  And our daughters need at least one parent around to nurture them and care for them. Hence, I don't see that happening!
What is that one main tip you gave Karanvir before he entered the house?
Be yourself, you are an amazing person and let the world see this!
Now, we will only have to wait and watch if KV's emotional and spiritual side will make him stronger or will he lose his patience with his co-contestants!
