Salman Khan opens up on collaborating with Rohit Shetty for Chulbul Pandey-Singham amalgamation, says 'we’ve been talking about other things'

A while ago, reports regarding Salman Khan collaborating with Rohit Shetty for a film that will bring together the iconic characters- Chulbul Pandey from Dabangg and Bajirao Singham from Singham, generated a positive stir across the industry. With the masters of their field uniting for the first time sent fans into a zone of excitement. While Rohit and Salman are yet to put down anything on paper, the actor, during an interview with a leading daily for his upcoming film Dabangg 3, spoke about the crossover film and regarding collaborating with the filmmaker. Salman, hinting at a project with Rohit, said Chulbul and Singham are universe in themselves. He further added that nothing has been finalised till now and he is in talks with Rohit for 'other things'.

"Chulbul is a universe within himself. So is Singham. Nothing’s finalised. We’ve been talking about other things too," Salman told.

Talking about Dabangg, the first film released in 2010 with Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. The second part came out in 2011 and the third will release on December 20, 2019. This time, Mahesh Manjrekar's younger daughter Saiee Manjrekar will join the cast and make her debut. Singham released in 2011 with Ajay Devgn and Kajal Aggarwal. Singham Returns had Kareena Kapoor Khan paired opposite Ajay and came out in 2014. Simmba featuring Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan is a part of the Singham cop universe and so is Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi
