Kangana Ranaut, in her decade long career, has time and again proven to be an actress par excellence and the proof remains to be her blockbuster films. And just like all of us, Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan is an admirer of Kangana. Well, yes. The megastar of B-Town, on his ongoing television quiz-based show Kaun Banega Crorepati 11, went on to call the Tanu Weds Manu actress a phenomenal performer and a number one actress with several prestigious accolades to her merit.
Amitji, on the show, put forth a question before a contestant, where she was asked to identify the actress by her voice. The options given were Ameesha Patel, Kangana, Preity Zinta and Kriti Sanon, with Kangana's name being the correct answer. Amitji, after the contestant got the answer right, said that Kangana is a phenomenal and a beautiful actress, who tops the list of actresses in current times. He added that she is a famous actress with National Awards and Filmfare Awards to her credit.

Soon after the episode went on air yesterday, Kangana's elder sister Rangoli Chandel thanked Amitji on Twitter. "Very kind and gracious of @SrBachchan to acknowledge a small town girls efforts in this big Industry," Rangoli wrote.

Workwise, Kangana is shooting for late Tamil Nadu CM J Jayalalithaa's biopic titled Thalaivi. Apart from that, she will be seen in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari directed Panga, followed by Dhakad.
