The shooting of Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor starrer RoohiAfza commenced in June this year. This will be the first time Rajkummar will be seen sharing screen space with Janhvi. The film, produced by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and directed by debutant Hardik Mehta, also stars Varun Sharma, Pankaj Tripathi, Aamna Sharif, and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles. Now a couple of months later, the team has finally wrapped up the shooting of the much-awaited film. The actress, who will be seen playing a double role in the horror-comedy, took to social media to reveal the same.
RoohiAfza is slated to release on March 20, 2020. This will be Rajkummar's third collaboration with Dinesh Vijan after Stree and Made in China.
On the other hand, Kiara Advani, who recently landed her first "in and as" film -- Indoo Ki Jawani, has kickstarted the shoot of the project. Sharing the same on her Instagram story, Kiara wrote, "#IndooKiJawani Let's begin". Backed by Nikkhil Advani, along with Madhu Bhojwani, Niranjan Iyengar and Ryan Stephen, Indoo Ki Jawani marks the Hindi directorial debut of Bengali writer-filmmaker Abir Sengupta. It also features Student Of The Year 2 famed actor Aditya Seal.
Workwise, Kiara is gearing up for several upcoming films such as Good News, Guilty, Shershaah and the Kanchana remake titled Laxmmi Bomb.
