Sushant Singh Rajput urges fans to report theatres showing the fake dubbed version of his film Sonchiriya

Despite receiving a thumbs up from the critics, Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar's film Sonchiriya is raking in money at the speed of a tortoise at the box office. Yesterday, the lead actor Sushant, shared a post on his Twitter account to thank fans and audience for the support and informed them about an issue that is of serious concern. He revealed that some theatres are showing dubbed version of the film when in reality no actor has dubbed in any other language apart from Hindi.

Sushant requested the audience to report the theatres showing the fake version and assured to escalate the matter further. Take a look at his Twitter post.

Sonchiriya released worldwide on March 1 along with Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon's rom-com Luka Chuppi, which is earning well at the box office. The film has managed to earn just Rs.2.70 cr in three days.

The dacoit drama also stars Ranvir Shorey, Manoj Bajpayee, and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles. Helmed by Ishqiya director Abhishek Chaubey, the film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala's RSVP Movies. The film talks about issues like casteism and patriarch to name a few and hopes to see good numbers raking in.
