The makers of Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu, and Vicky Kaushal starrer Manmarziyaan are leaving no stone unturned to ensure that their hatke story gets the maximum buzz through promotions. They have initiated a novel strategy for their film’s promotional campaign. Probably for the first-time-ever they are launching one song a day till tomorrow after the trailer was unveiled on August 9. Post that, the makers will release the video of the first track, F for Fyaar on this Sunday. They will also be holding a musical concert at NM College, Mumbai, later in the evening, followed by a concert in seven cities of India.
The film is produced by Aanand L Rai in collaboration with Eros International. Aanand told a leading daily, “This was a novel concept of waking up every morning to the songs from Manmarziyaan. Amit Trivedi has done a fabulous job with the film’s music and we wanted to give it the platform it deserved instead of a conventional music launch.” The concerts will not only be held in Mumbai but also in other cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Indore, Nagpur, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.
Manmarziyaan’s trailer has already created a buzz since it was unveiled. The quirky story has sent a ripple of excitement in the industry and people are eagerly awaiting the film’s release. Manmarziyaan is directed by Anurag Kashyap, the dialogues and story are written by Kanika Dhillon. The premise of the story is equally interesting and although this is not a new and unique film the treatment is definitely novel. The three main actors are looking awesome and have done a commendable job as can be seen from the trailer.
This is the first film of Abhishek’s after a two-year hiatus, he proved once again that given a good role and a good script he can definitely deliver. Taapsee and Vicky are positively spiffy in the trailer and with every film of theirs, they are proving that they are the next big actors in the industry. Manmarziyaan releases on September 14.
