Watch: Jennifer-Surveen recreating Preity-Rani's 'Piya Piya' for Kasautii Zindagii Kay goes viral

Do you remember the famous towel song from Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega? Yes, we are talking about the famous Piya Piya O Piya Piya featuring Rani Mukerji and Preity Zinta. The two best friends in the movie shake a leg in this fun score that has those signature moves that make the song so iconic that everyone tries a hand at it.

A couple years ago it was Kundali Bhagya's Shraddha Arya who along with two of her friends were enthusiastically grooving to the dance number, whilst accidentally getting hit in the right eye. The video was loved by many for its blooper nature. And now yet another video of the song has resurfaced only this time it features Beppannah actress Jennifer Winget and Surveen Chawla.

The two actresses who were initially cast as sisters in the popular hit series Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Sneha (Jennifer Winget) and Kasak (Surveen Chawla), dance on this 2000 chartbuster to mark their entry in the show.  Right from dancing in their pyjama's to the towel dance, the two actresses perfectly recreate the same magic that Preity and Rani cast on the audience.

During an interview, Jennifer revealed how she felt essaying the character of Sneha, "Sneha has got me a lot of recognition and money. I entered the serial when it took its first generation leap. Sneha comes from a sophisticated family and has a mind of her own. In between she had one through many lows, become a drug-addict and ended up losing her first and second husband. Now she is the mother of a grown-up girl."

Meanwhile, Surveen wasn't quite as pleased. In an interview, the Hate Story actress revealed, "The reason I quit was because of the content. I couldn't see myself doing all these things (typical 'saas-bahu' shows). What does 'saas bahu' show teach us? One is polluting the atmosphere by showing politics between saas and bahu. I think this is negativity. Why don't we refrain from showing all this?"
