On October 2, 2021, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya announced their separation after being married for close to four years, much to the dismay of their fans. They shared a not on social media and confirmed going their separate ways. However, now Samantha has deleted her post and her action has rekindled a ray of hope in the hearts of the actors’ fans who desperately want them to iron their differences and get back together. However, Naga Chaitanya still has the separation post up on his social media.
Although the reason behind Samantha deleting the separation post is not known and fans are waiting for her to share details but their immense fanbase is crying out with joy. She has also deleted the post from her Twitter feed as well. The separation post had read, "To all our well wishers. After much deliberation and thought Chay and I have decided to part ways as husband and wife to pursue our own paths. We are fortunate to have a friendship of over a decade that was the very core of our relationship which we believe will always hold a special bond between us. We request our fans, well wishers, and the media to support us during this difficult time and give us the privacy we need to move on. Thanking you for your support."
Ever since Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their split, speculations have been rife about the cause of their marital discord. Samantha was heavily trolled as well and she finally took to social media to hit back at the naysayers.
