Ishqbaaz actor Nakuul Mehta recently took few days off to from his hectic schedule to attend a family wedding in Vermont, US along with his wife Jankee Parekh. The pretty couple was accompanied by Nakuul’s parents and other family members.
At the occasion, the lovebird looked nothing less than a royal couple as they posed for the shutterbugs at a family wedding. Nakuul looked handsome as he donned a white kurta with a black coat, while Jankee was in a white and golden saree with a gold fringed off shoulder top. Adding more it, her side French bun made her look more elegant.
Apparently, the handsome actor turned host for one of the wedding ceremonies, while his wife Jankee accompanied him by singing few Bollywood songs.
Nakuul recently shared a couple of pictures of the duo trying to pose for a quintessential Bollywood picture amidst a 'khet' background. On the personal front, Nakuul Mehta who won the hearts of millions with his cute and boyish charm as Aditya in serial Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara and Shivaay Oberoi in Ishqbaaz is counted as one of the happily-married TV stars today.
Nakuul and Jankee, who is a singer by profession have been in a relationship for almost nine years and have been married for six years now. The couple tied the knot in a traditional wedding in January 2012. “Marriage her (Jankee) was my best decision ever. She brings balance to my life,” Nakuul said in a statement.
Surprisingly, Nakuul had kept his marriage a secret for almost two years. When asked about the reason behind it, he said, “I didn't want the focus to be shifted from my career by announcing my marriage. People never ask me whether I am married, as I look very young. They used to ask me if I was in a relationship and I would say 'Yes'. People just assumed that I was single. It didn't occur to anybody that I was married.”
On the work front, Nakuul is currently the hero and the villain of his show Ishqbaaz and his role as Shivaay Singh Oberoi has won him several accolades.
