Amitabh Bachchan was admitted at Lilavati Hospital, Bandra at 6:30 pm on Friday. Due to severe abdomen pain, the actor was rushed to the hospital for check-up.
Sources at the hospital didn't divulge anything on why he was admitted. Examined by his family doctor, Dr Jayant Barve, the actor underwent endoscopy.
Shortly after, Amitabh got discharged and was seen returning back to Jalsa with son Abhishek Bachchan.
