Replacing Alexa Chung, Gigi Hadid joins stylist Tan France as co-host for season 2 of Netflix’s ‘Next in Fashion’

If you were a fan of Netflix’s Next In Fashion, boy we have good news for you. The fashion design competition series is making a comeback for its season two with none other than supermodel Gigi Hadid as its new co-host.

For the unversed, Next in Fashion aired in January 2020 hosted stylist Tan France and model Alexa Chung.  It featured designers from around the world as they compete for the chance to win $250,000 and debut a collection on luxury fashion retailer site Net-a-Porter. The show was cancelled after its season 1, however, it is soon slated for a comeback with Gigi replacing Alexa.

Both France and Gigi made a joint announcement on the social media site and confirmed the same. “Who would have thought when we met over FaceTime four years ago (thanks @evachen212) that we’d be hosting Next In Fashion together!” read their caption.

Although season two doesn’t have an official release date, the casting is now open at the official website, netflixreality.com/NIF.
