Recently, Deepika Padukone won our hearts over portraying Malti in the trailer of her upcoming film, Chhapaak based on the story of an acid attack survivor, Laxmi Agarwal. Leaving no stone unturned to narrate this story of valour, Deepika and Laxmi teamed up together to feature on the cover of Grehlakshmi’s January issue.

Deepika donned a pink Sabyasachi outfit with barely-there makeup, winged eyes and tousled tresses. Posing next to Deepika, Laxmi graced the cover in a floral black saree and a pair of signature earrings.  Winged eyeliner, minuscule bindi and poker-straight tresses rounded off her look.
