The joyous occasion of Diwali has been bestowed upon us and the nation seems to be drowning in the festive fervor. With the pandemic slowly loosening its grip, the tinsel town of Bollywood went all out to celebrate the festival, as it is intended to be. Dressing up to the nines, our sutli bombs and patakhas made us remember the good old times when Diwali was synonymous with big and lit parties.
The B-town obviously dazzled putting their best fashion foot forward and gave us a night to remember indeed! Here are some of the noteworthy looks from the soiree:
JANHVI KAPOOR-KHUSHI KAPOOR
Expect nothing less from these gorgeous Kapoor fashionistas, every time. For uncle Anil Kapoor’s Diwali bash, the stylish sibling duo dazzled in shimmery ethnics. Janhvi opted for a popping green Manish Malhotra saree teamed up with a mirror-embellished choli. Keeping her glam dewy, the stunner opted for minimal blings in to let her luminescent saree steal the thunder. Complementing her sister, Khushi opted for a powder pink off-shouldered lehenga from the designer’s collection, that bore a sheer sleeve detailing.
ALIA BHATT- RANBIR KAPOOR
Lovebirds Alia and Ranbir made for a BOMB couple as they attended Kali Puja organised by their friend and Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji. The diva carved out an ethnic picture, dressed in a blue Bandhani lehenga from the Sabyasachi. Keeping her glam understated, she rounded off her look with a matte look, tinted lips and styled her tresses in soft waves. Beau Ranbir kept it stylish in a black kurta-pyjama set.
MALAIKA ARORA-ARJUN KAPOOR
Lovebirds Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor stole the spotlight at Anil Kapoor’s Diwali bash. The actress made for a divine vision in a hot pink drape and accentuated her look furthermore with a stunning choker. On the glam front, the diva finished her look with a dewy glam and a classic bun. Complementing his ladylove, Arjun looked suave in a black pathani number.
KARAN JOHAR
Daddy Karan twinned with his darling twins Yash and Roohi in ethnic ensembles from Manish Malhotra. Cute, aren’t they?
SARA ALI KHAN – IBRAHIM ALI KHAN
Sara looked simply stunning in an embellished kurta that bore padded shoulders. Keeping her look simple, she rounded it off with a subtle glam and poker straight hairdo. Ibrahim looked every bit dapper in an embellished kurta and pants.

Katrina reeled us in the festive feels draped in a peachy embellished saree from Manish Malhotra. Keeping her glam understated, she rounded off her look with poker straight hairdo and a delicate bindi.
SHANAYA KAPOOR
The Kapoor fashionista made us go green with envy with her super sexy Manish Malhotra saree which she accentuated furthermore with a pair of pearl-encrusted danglers and kadas. Exuding desi feels, the stunner opted for a smokey eye look with a hot pink pout and styled her hair in a gajra adorned bun.
PRIYANKA CHOPRA JONAS
Away from home, PeeCee kept festive spirits soaring high as she attended Mindy Kailing’s Diwali party dressed in an embellished Arpita Mehta lehenga. Dailing down on the drama, she styled her look with a stunning statement choker set and rounded it off with highlighted cheeks, bold lips and beach wave curls.
JACQUELINE FERNANDEZ
Jacqueline looked red hot in an Ekaya Benaras drape and elevated its look further with minimalistic jewels, a rose adorned bun and oodles of highlighter.
MRUNAL THAKUR
Mrunal made for a divine vision in a black and ravishing Punit Balana saree. Kohl-rimmed eyes, nude lips and soft curls rounded off her look with perfection!
