Rahul Gandhi named as producer in Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar? Here's the truth behind the viral buzz

The first look of Ranveer Singh's much-awaited film Dhurandhar was released recently, after which the film has been in the headlines continuously. From Ranveer's dashing look to R. Madhavan's presence, everything about the film has increased the curiosity of the audience. But in the last credits of the first glimpse video of the film, there was one name that caught everyone's attention, Executive Producer Rahul Gandhi.

Then what happened was, users on social media started giving different reactions to this name. Many people linked it to Congress leader and MP Rahul Gandhi. A user wrote on X (former Twitter), “After losing 99 elections, Rahul Gandhi's career changed. Now he has become the executive producer of the film 'Dhurandhar'.” Another shared the name written on the slate and asked, “Bhaisahab, which line have you joined?” While a user jokingly wrote, “Rahul Gandhi, Executive Producer of 'Dhurandhar'?”

However, the truth of this entire uproar is something else. The name of the executive producer of the film may be Rahul Gandhi, but he is not Congress MP Rahul Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi is a senior producer who has been associated with the film industry for a long time. He has previously produced many successful films and web series like 'Rustom', 'Mumbai Diaries', 'Rocket Boys', 'Farzi', 'The Family Man', 'Blur', 'Lucky Bhaskar', 'Big Girls Don't Cry'.

That is, there is a similarity in the name, but the work and identity are completely different. Amidst the jokes on social media, it has become clear that Dhurandhar producer Rahul Gandhi has nothing to do with politics.
