Deepika Padukone is rarely active on social media but when she decides to go live, it's worth the wait. After a long gap, the actress shared a new picture on her Instagram, hinting at a babymoon she took recently with Ranveer Singh. She flaunted her back tan elegantly.
Sharing the picture, Deepika used emojis, " (sic)." Ranveer commented, "*sigh* #TakeMeBack to the Slow Life! (sic)." However, what caught our attention beyond her tan mark was the fading RK tattoo. For the unversed, Deepika got the RK tattoo when she was dating Ranbir Kapoor for a couple of years.
There were rumours of Deepika getting the tattoo removed in 2022. Ranbir tied the knot with Alia Bhatt that year in April. With her recent picture, the speculation has been confirmed. On Koffee With Karan 3, Deepika spoke about getting the tattoo done and not regretting her decision. They had broken up at that time. She said, "It’s something that I thought was correct at the time. And I’ve never regretted it. And I’ve never thought about removing it. I know the media is constantly saying ‘she’s taken it off!’ and all kinds of things. It’s very much there and I have no plans of taking it off."
Deepika and Ranveer are expecting their first child in September.
