Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films is expanding its Spy Universe. After the humongous success of War in 2019, it's time for the sequel to go big. Hrithik Roshan returns to the franchise as Kabir. This time, his face-off is with Jr. NTR.
Jr. NTR will be joining Hrithik and the team of War 2 at Yash Raj Films' studio in Mumbai tomorrow. Ahead of it, the Telugu heartthrob arrived in the city. He was seen flaunting his sharp and suave look for War 2 at the airport.
Sources informed PeepingMoon exclusively that Jr. NTR is in Mumbai for a 10-day schedule, during which they are expected to shoot some pivotal action sequences together. These elaborate fight sequences will include hand-to-hand combat and martial arts choreographed by international stunt coordinators.
War 2 also stars Kiara Advani. Ayan Mukerji takes the directorial baton from Siddharth Anand for the sequel. The film is scheduled to release globally on August 14, 2025.
