Sunny Deol hosted a success bash for his film Gadar 2 over the weekend. The film has been a massive success and already crossed Rs 500 crores at the box office. The occasion was graced by the renowned celebrities of Bollywood. From Salman Khan to Kartik Aaryan and Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, the party turned out to be a star-studded affair. But Bollywood’s Khiladi aka Akshay Kumar was missing, who also happens to be Sunny's neighbour in the posh locales of Juhu. 

One of the sources revealed to a leading daily the reason being the actor's absence. The source mentioned, "Akshay has been busy shooting for 'Sky Force' in Lucknow. Though he missed the party, Kumar sent his warm regards to Sunny over a phone call."

Sunny’s Gadar 2 and Akshay’s OMG 2 released on the same day, August 11 and both the films have received a lot of appreciation from the audience.
