Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are officially husband and wife as they took the saat pheras today, December 9, 2021. Their big fat wedding took place at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Their wedding which has been shrouded in mystery with no videos and photos appearing on social media was attended by celebs like Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Sharvari Wagh, Shankar Mahadevan, Gurdas Maan and others.
Katrina wore a red lehenga while Vicky complimented her look in a white and gold sherwani. Reportedly, they tied the knot in front of Mardana Mahal at the Six Senses Fort Barwara. On December 6, Katrina’s and Vicky’s families reached the lavish resort for their wedding. Pre-wedding rituals commenced the next day. The couple had their mehendi on Tuesday, followed by haldi and sangeet on December 8.
For the sangeet, Vicky and Katrina wore floral outfits. While Katrina wore a pink lehenga, Vicky donned a sherwani embellished with roses. The couple have ensured that videos and photos of their wedding ceremonies are not leaked online and had asked their guests to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Reportedly they have sold their wedding footage to an OTT giant for Rs 80 crore.
Katrina and Vicky’s families will host a grand reception today evening. Reportedly, Katrina’s brother Sebastien Laurent Michel will deliver a speech and raise a toast to the newlyweds.
