We are talking about two innocent kids, we are going to stay happy and positive: Kareena Kapoor Khan reacts to negativity around sons Taimur and Jeh's names

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan were brutally trolled back in 2016 for naming their firstborn 'Taimur'. After facing criticism for naming him after a ‘Turkish invader', the couple clarified that Taimur means iron and they just loved its meaning. Now, once again Kareena and Saif's personal decision that became public is being criticised. Kareena welcomed her second child with Saif in February this year. They decided to go with the name Jeh. Many speculated if it was actually Jehangir.

Naysayers assumed that the couple named him after the fourth Mughal emperor Jahangir or Jehangir. Now, as the controversy over Jeh's name is happening, Kareena spoke to a news publication about dealing with negativity. Reacting to the backlash in the past few days, Kareena shared, "You know I am a very, very positive person. I am very happy and content. I want to spread happiness and positivity in a time like Covid, I can't think of trolls or any form of negativity."

The actress told how she deals with trolls. She added that there has to be positivity as it is about 'two innocent children'. “Now there is no other way, I have to start meditating. Because aur koi chaara nahi raha na abhi. That's just now because I am pushed against the wall so now I am like ‘OK, I will stay meditating'. There are two sides to a coin. So it's okay. If there is positivity, there is negativity, I have to look at it like that. I wish there wasn't. Because we have two innocent children we are talking about. But we are going to stay happy and positive," Kareena said.

A few days ago, Kareena's sister-in-law Saba Ali Khan Pataudi reacted to the trolls. She reacted to a media report and penned a message on Instagram stories. Saba wrote, "Jeh...jaan. What's in a name? Love...live and let it be. Children are God's blessings."
