Suniel Shetty turned 60 today, a milestone year. The actor received loveable wishes from his daughter Athiya Shetty and son Ahan Shetty. Taking to Instagram, Athiya shared a throwback picture of her childhood with her daddy dearest as well as from a present day photo shoot and thanked him ‘for the genes’.
In the first monochrome photo, Athiya and Suniel posed for a photoshoot while in the second picture we get to see a baby Athiya in diapers being held up by Suniel while he reclines on a bed. She looks cute as a button wearing a pair of sunglasses. Athiya captioned the picture, “Happy 60th, Papa! You are the one I bare my soul to, the one who reads all my thoughts. No words could ever suffice to express my love for you. You have given us the best things in life--your time, your love and your constant care. Thank you for leading by example and supporting us unconditionally. I love you with all my heart. ps: thank you for the genes!!”

On the other hand, so Ahan also wished a happy birthday to Suniel on his Instagram stories. He shared three childhood pictures with Suniel and wrote, “Happy 60th birthday Papa”. Ahan also shared a video clip on his Instagram story of them playing cricket where he can be seen batting while Suniel bowls to him.
Ahan is all set to make his Bollywood debut alongside Tara Sutaria in Tadap while Athiya is currently with rumoured boyfriend KL Rahul as he tours with the Indian cricket team.
