Yami Gautam shared some beautiful pictures from her intimate wedding with director Aditya Dhar today. Dressed in a red saree, the actress was an epitome of grace and beauty. In the pictures, Yami skipped makeup and allowed her natural bridal glow to do the talking.
Soon after Yami shared a picture from her kalira ceremony, her Ginny Weds Sunny co-star Vikrant Massey dropped in a rather amusing and quirky comment. "Pure & Pious like Radhe Maa!" he wrote. Moments after the comment was shared, netizens couldn't stop trolling him. While some lashed out at him for 'cheap mentality', his fans clarified that he was just pulling her leg.
On the other hand, Ayushmann Khurrana, who made his Bollywood debut with Yami in Vicky Donor, said, "Poori Jai Mata Di waali feelings aa rahi hai. Aap dono Jwala ji gaye the?"
Ayushmann went on to compliment Yami for another picture. He said, "Simple. Real. God bless" Reacting to this, Kangana Ranaut wrote, "As a matter of fact made up and artificial is most simple because it is so basic and easy to read that kind of show off but ancient and traditional especially when our history is older than the time itself make it most layered and complex so that what is organic isn't necessarily simple if you got the preception to know the complexity of the subtlety."
To Vikrant, she said, "Kaha se nikla yeh cockroach...lao meri chappal."
Yami and Aditya tied the knot on June 4.
