Karan Johar in association with Cornerstone Agency recently launched a collaborative space to promote budding talent. The new venture is called DCA (Dharma Cornerstone Agency). The latest talent of the agency is Shanaya Kapoor, daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and jewellery designer Maheep Kapoor.
Shanaya will be soon making her Bollywood debut with Dharma Productions and will begin work in July 2021.
Karan introduced Shanaya with a showreel and captioned it as, Another beautiful addition to our growing @dcatalent family! Welcome to the #DCASquad, @shanayakapoor. Her enthusiasm, perseverance and diligence is so amazing to see. Join us in showering your love & blessings as she begins her first film with @DharmaMovies, this July!"

In an earlier post, Karan Johar had introduced the DCA squad and wrote how DCA intends to support four new talents. He wrote, “In this vast playground of Indian cinema, we’ve always aimed to support new talent for them to flourish, whether it’s been actors, directors, technicians or artists in the musical field. With the same spirit at heart and goal in our minds, we are proud to be presenting 4 new talents, who in their short span of time have garnered immense love and recognition from fans and industry alike with their work. The energy they bring on screen is electric and we can't wait to see these powerhouses in their element. Shower them with unabashed love, welcome them with open hearts onto your screens & look forward to them steadily becoming the faces of the new generation with their talent! In February, Tripti Dimri, Gurfateh Pirzada, Lakshya and Dhairya Karwa were the first four actors to be introduced as members of DCA!
