Juhi Chawla deletes her confusing tweet for Bachchans, explains the reason behind mentioning the term 'Ayurveda'

Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan were admitted to the Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on Saturday after they were tested positive for the novel COVID-19. The veteran Bollywood actor, 77, tweeted about his health on Twitter and asked those who have come in close contact with him to get themselves tested. Soon after the news broke, celebrities and fans of Mr. Bachchan and Abhishek wished them a speedy recovery.

One of the celebrities was Juhi Chawla. In her now-deleted tweet, the actress wrote, "Amitji ... Abhishek ... Ayurveda .... jaldi theek ho jaayenge .. dekhiyega ...". With the mention of Ayurveda, social media users assumed that she made an error. They believed that instead of writing Aaradhya, the daughter of Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has also been tested positive, Juhi wrote Ayurveda. Well, this kickstarted a troll game on Twitter.

Hours later, Juhi, on Twitter, clarified that it wasn't a typing error but she meant to say that with the help of Ayurveda, Mr.Bachchan, Abhishek, Aishwarya and Aaradhya will recover soon. "Amitji, Abhishek, Aishwarya & Aaradhya... Our heartfelt best wishes for your speedy recovery. My earlier tweet was not a typo, I meant , when I wrote , Ayurveda , that with Nature's Grace , it will help to recover fast . @SrBachchan @juniorbachchan," Juhi tweeted.

While Mr. Bachchan and Abhishek were found COVID positive on Saturday, Aishwarya's and Aaradhya's swab test results arrived on Sunday. They will be taking treatment at home since they are asymptomatic. Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Navya Naveli Nanda and Agastya Nanda are tested negative. The family's four bungalows in Mumbai- Jalsa, Prateeksha and Janak are sealed and sanitised by the BMC.
