Sonu Sood sent out fitness goals to his fans and followers as he put out a video showcasing his intense workout session with son Eshaan Sood. In the video, Eshaan and Sonu are seen doing push-ups, dressed in similar track pants. Sonu is seen doing synchronized push-ups with his son while Eshaan is on his back.
The actor shared the video and simply wrote, “Twinning.” Sonu has been sharing workout pictures and videos with his son for some time.
Fans were impressed with the workout session as they hailed the father-son duo.

Sonu had shared a picture in March and had written, “Quarantine Gym Session#stayindoors #staysafe #stayfit #fitnessjourney #sonusoodfitworld”.
The actor has been making headlines for the social work that he has been doing for migrant workers and the needy. Sonu had launched a helpline through which people can approach him if they want to reach their home towns amid lockdown. Sonu’s efforts were lauded by Ajay Devgn, Smriti Irani and the Governors of Maharashtra and Punjab.
