'UP to UK, kisiko nahi chhoda,' say trolls after a throwback picture of Kanika Kapoor and Prince Charles goes viral after both test positive for Coronavirus


Renowned Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor found herself tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus after returning from London on March 9. The first in tinsel town to be diagnosed with COVID-19, Kanika found herself in grave trouble after she attended a party in presence of over 200 people before testing for the virus. Considering a case of negligence, the Uttar Pradesh government has given the matter in legal hands. Apart from the legal trouble, Kanika invited trolls for not practicing self-isolation and for putting hundreds into danger. Now, in the latest development, a throwback picture of Kanika with The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles went viral on social media. The photo which is supposed to be clicked back in 2015 did the rounds after the royal tested positive for Coronavirus. The news broke out yesterday and trolls began criticising Kanika once again. 

The picture that is circulating was reportedly taken during the Elephant Family charity ‘Travels to my Elephants’ which was hosted by Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, in 2015. Moments later, Twitter was flooded with trolls and memes. "Really !!! UP to UK.... ," a user wrote while the other said, "#PrinceCharles didn't know that #KanikaKapoor visited for revenge"

Talking about Kanika, she returned to Mumbai on March 9 and travelled to her hometown Lucknow on March 11. Soon, she attended a lavish party with politicians and others including the National Vice President of Bhartiya Janta Party, Vasundhara Raje and her BJP MP son Dushyant Singh. Apart from this, she marked her presence at her maternal uncle's house warming party in Kanpur on March 13. She is now undergoing treatment at the Sanjay Gandhi PGIMS.
