Mika Singh's manager Saumya Khan commits suicide, no summon for inquiry given to the singer

Police on Friday, February 21, said that Saumya Khan, the manager of popular singer Mika Singh, allegedly killed herself in Andheri, Mumbai after consuming sleeping pills. She had been found dead on February 3, 2020. Saumya lived in the ground-plus one studio of the singer in Andheri's Four Bungalows area and her body was handed over to her kin for last rites in Punjab, said Senior Inspector Raghvendra Thakur of Versova police station.

Mika Singh had taken to Instagram on February 3 to announce Khan’s death and extended his condolences to her family. "Waheguru ji ka Khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh . Very sad to Announce that ,Our dear @saumya.samy has left us for heavenly abode, leaving behind with us her Beautiful memories she left this world at a very young age. May God bless her soul rest in peace . My heartfelt condolences to her family and her husband @official_zohebkhan," Mika wrote in his post. 

According to PeepingMoon sources, Mika was not in India when his manager committed suicide. In fact, he is still not back in Mumbai, he is in Goa for some work. He has not been called for any investigation by the police yet.

"She was under depression and died due to drug overdose," Inspector P Bhosle of the Versova police station told an entertainment website.
