Ever since Ayushmann Khurrana's and Jitendra Kumar's film revolving around gay love was announced, avid cinema watchers couldn't keep calm. Titled Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, the film is a sequel of Ayushmann's Shubh Mangal Saavdhan co-starring Bhumi Pednekar. Now, as the rom-com with a thought-provoking addition is inching closer to its theatrical release, the makers have been delighting us with an interesting array of songs. On Monday, the team behind Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan released yet another peppy number titled Arey Pyaar Kar Le. The song is a remake of Bappi Lahiri's disco track from the film Saaheb(1999).
Speaking of the song, staying true to the nature of the film, the makers have made use of the lyrics to the fullest. In Arey Pyaar Kar Le, Ayushmann struggles to win the hearts of Jitendra's family inside a disco club. Interestingly, Bappi, who sang the original song makes an appearance in the song with the actors. Ayushmann has lent his vocals with Bappi to the song. The music is recreated by Tanishk Bagchi.

Directed by Hitesh Kewalya and produced by Aanand L Rai, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan also stars Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Pankhuri Awasthy, Manurishi Chadha, Sunita Rajwar, Maanvi Gagroo and Neeraj Singh. It will release on February 21, 2020.
