Have two female-oriented films but it is difficult to get studios back them: John Abraham

John Abraham in his nearly sixteen-year long career in Bollywood hasn't just showcased his skills are a brilliant action star but also has been leaving behind his mark as a phenomenal actor each year. With his 2019 release Batla House being a game-changer at the box-office, the star has been basking in all the appreciation to date for his natural portrayal of a cop. Not just acting, but John has been applauded for taking some interesting and important narratives under his production banner John Abraham Entertainment, like Vicky Donor, Madras Cafe and several others. While John has been keeping busy with films on the acting front, he has been showing a keen interest in bankrolling some female-oriented film under his banner, but it seems to find backing from a big studio has been serving as the main hindrance. During an interview with an entertainment portal, John, who is gearing up for Pagalpanti, told that he has two female-oriented films but convincing a studio will be an effort.

“I have got two films that are female-oriented and they are fantastic. But to convince a studio that I want to sell this and make it into a certain price is an effort. No matter what we say about changing times, it is still an effort. It is an ongoing battle,” John told.
