Ever since the fourth installment of Sajid Nadiadwala produced Housefull was announced in 2017, the anticipation and excitement surrounding the project shot up rightfully. The film that stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Pooja Hegde, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda, had its fans and the audience on their toes for further developments. And as Housefull 4 inches closer to its Diwali release, the makers on Wednesday, after making the audience wait with bated breathe for quite some time, finally unveiled its first two posters. The posters feature Akshay in the lead and gave us a glimpse into his character from two different eras that are 1419 and 2019.
Speaking more about the posters, the first one is a sneak peek into Akshay's character named Rajkumar Bala, a bald warrior belonging to the Bahubali era that is 1419. With bow and arrow in his hand and a well-curled mustache, it's Rajkumar Bala's expressions that have left us in splits. Calling the character 'Shaitan Ka Saala', Akshay has surely promised to entertain us with his quirky antics as the Prince. Coming to the second poster, we are taken around 500 years ahead to the current times where we are introduced to a suave Harry, a London returned young man. Harry, when he will figure out about his striking resemblance to Rajkumar Bala, will account to some hilarious and fun moments in the film and there ain't a denial. Take a look at the posters here:
Housefull 4 is an incarnation drama that travels between 1419 and 2019. It is directed by Farhad Samji and will release on Diwali this year. The trailer, as PeepingMoon.com informed its readers, will be out on September 27.
