Irrfan, who returned from London in February, is all set to visit the place again but this time for the shoot of his upcoming film Angrezi Medium. Irrfan was in the UK last year as he was receiving treatment for neuroendocrine tumour. Now, the actor, who shot for his upcoming film Angrezi Medium in Rajasthan last month is returning to London to shoot for the remaining part of the film. He will be stationed there for a month and incidentally, Irrfan had stayed in the English capital during his treatment and recuperation as well.
Angrezi Medium is being helmed by Homi Adjania and also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Madan in pivotal roles. Radhika, who reportedly plays Irrfan’s daughter in the slice-of-life film, is expected to join him for the London schedule in the first week of June, while Kareena, who plays a cop, joins the cast towards mid-June. According to a unit member, “While a considerable amount of the film has already been shot in India, many crucial scenes will be filmed in London with the three actors.”

The film will mark Irrfan’s return to the big screen, post his recovery. The actor was last seen in 2018 film Karwaan.
