Watch: Ranveer Singh is a true rockstar as he greets his fans while prepping for ’83 in Dharamshala

Ranveer Singh is busy prepping up for his upcoming film ’83 which is based on India’s maiden historic Cricket World Cup win of 1983. Directed by Kabir Khan, Ranveer plays the role of Kapil Dev in the film. The film’s entire star cast is at Dharamshala currently to get trained under the guidance of former Indian cricketers Balwinder Sandhu and Yashpal Sharma who were also a part of the victorious squad.

Now, as the team preps in Dharamsala, Ranveer who is well known for his exuberance and energy was caught on video greeting his fans who had come to the stadium to watch him train with his fellow actors. Ranveer proceeded to blow kisses and greet his fans at the stadium. Watch him run across the field to meet his countless fans who are shouting his name hysterically in the video. The fans can be heard yelling, “I Love you Ranveer” in the video.

Besides Ranveer, the film also stars R Badree, Harrdy Sandhu, Chirag Patil, Saqib Saleem, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Adinath Kothare and Saahil Khattar in pivotal roles. ’83 is Ranveer’s first trilingual film and will release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. It is slated to release on April 10, 2020.
