Sonam Kapoor’s upcoming film The Zoya Factor which also stars Dulquer Salmaan in the lead has got a revised release date. The film that is a screen adaptation of Anuja Chauhan’s bestselling book of the same name is all set to release now on June 14. The film is directed by Abhishek Sharma and also stars Sanjay Kapoor, Angad Bedi and Sikander Kher in pivotal roles.
The makers of the film took to social media to share the release date of the film. While sharing an image of Sonam and Dulquer who are seen holding the book The Zoya Factor, Fox Star Hindi which is producing the film captioned it as, “She’ll make you go What The Luck ;) Get ready for a zany ride with #TheZoyaFactor on 14th June, 2019! Apparently, Sonam’s father Anil Kapoor is also reported to be doing an interesting cameo in the film. However, not much detail about his role is known. The Zoya Factor is based on the backdrop of the cricket world cup and Dulquer and Angad will be essaying the role of Indian cricketers. The film’s music has been composed by Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy.
