Now the actress is ready to embark on another thrilling and exciting journey. No, we are not talking about any new film of hers but the fact that she has decided to start her own production company. Talking to an entertainment portal she revealed details about her new property which she is converting as office space for her production house. Interestingly, the name of her production house reflects her personality impeccably as it is called Eternal Sunshine Productions. If ever there is a Hindi remake made of the Hollywood film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind then Alia would be the perfect choice to play the lead in it.

Talking about her production banner she said, “It is a place I've bought as my office space. Yes, I've started my own production house. I've named it Eternal Sunshine Productions. Do you like it?” Talking about the kind of films she would like to produce, Alia said, “I am yet to formulate solid production plans. But we have a team working on it. I can tell you this. I'll produce the kind of films that I like watching."
With this decision of hers, Alia is now following the footsteps of her seniors Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. Priyanka already has a production company called Purple Pebble Pictures which she handles along with her mother Madhu Chopra. Deepika, on the other hand, has turned producer with her upcoming film Chhapaak featuring Vikrant Massey and herself in the lead and is directed by Meghna Gulzar.
