Nora Fatehi joins Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor in Remo D’Souza’s dance film

After Katrina Kaif’s exit from Remo D’Souza’s dance film opposite Varun Dhawan citing date issues, Shraddha Kapoor stepped in to save the day. Shraddha featured in ABCD2. The film had Varun in the lead and Remo in the director’s chair. Now, the latest to join the cast of the film is Nora Fatehi who has impressed everyone with her belly dance moves in the song Dilbar from the film Satyameva Jayate and Kamariya in Stree.

Varun welcomed the dancer-actor to the ‘gang’ today and confirmed her association with the film through a tweet. He called her a driven human being and promised to kick up a storm with her in the film.

Nora who is visibly excited to join the cast of the film and told a leading daily, “I’m very excited to be a part of this project. Remo sir is extremely talented and I look forward to learning a lot from him. I’m equally thrilled to work with Varun and Shraddha, the trio has done an amazing job in their last venture (ABCD 2) and I can’t wait to join the squad. This is going to be an epic experience.”

Katrina opted out of the film because her dates that she had given to Salman Khan’s Bharat were clashing with the dance film as the latter had got delayed. The dance film is tentatively titled Street Dancer and also stars choreographer-actor-filmmaker Prabhudheva along with Dance India Dance fame Dharmesh Yelande, Raghav Juyal and Punit Pathak.
