In case you are wondering why we are discussing this, it's because of a video of Deepika Padukone that has surfaced on the internet and is going viral.
The 31-second clip in question has been made by a fan, who juxtaposed a part of the actress' song Ghoomar from her 2018 release Padmaavat with Colombian singer Shakira's superhit 2005 track Hips Don't Lie. What we loved about the short video is the fact that the maker, so to speak, managed to match the beats of Hips Don't Lie to Deepika's Ghoomar steps.

Ghoomar was one of the most popular songs of 2018 while Deepika was applauded by fans for her beautiful dance performance. Shreya Ghoshal and Swaroop Khan provided vocals to Ghoomar while Sanjay Leela Bhansali was responsible for composing it.
Deepika Padukone, last seen in Padmaavat, appeared in a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s December release Zero. She will soon begin work on Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
