Pandit had also set up Internal Complaints' Committee (ICC) to investigate Sajid’s matter earlier. ICC was in line with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace) guidelines.

If all goes well, Ashoke will also be seen joining hands with several studios in Mumbai to avert such cases including Mehboob, Kamalistan, ND Studios and Film City. With a senior counsel on board, he will be conducting educational sessions in film schools too.
