Sanya Malhotra, who rose to fame after essaying the role of Babita Phoghat in Aamir Khan's Dangal (2016), is slowly and steadily carving her path in Bollywood. While her Dangal co-star and bestie Fatima Sana Shaikh was signed by Aamir for Thugs Of Hindostan, Sanya, on the other hand, has an interesting lineup of films with several acclaimed filmmakers.
Apart from Ritesh Batra’s Photograph opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Badhai Ho (a coming-of-age story of a family as it grapples with some unexpected news) opposite Ayushmann Khurrana, Sanya will also feature in Vishal Bharadwaj's Pataakha. The trailer of the film, which also marks the debut of Radhika Madan, has got a rustic fervour to it and has met with rave reviews from the audience and the critics alike.
Now with an eclectic mix of films in her kitty, it seems the curly-haired actress has bagged yet another project. A leading daily quoted a source, "Sanya has just been confirmed for a dance film, which will be directed by Bosco Martis, who is one of the leading choreographers of Bollywood. It is likely to go on floors later this year.”

For the unversed, Bosco along with Caesar Gonsalves has choreographed over 200 songs in 75 films including films like Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011), Student Of The Year(2012), Gunday (2014), Raees and Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017).
