Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt might appear together on the sixth season of Karan Johar’s celebrity chat show Koffee With Karan. Wait, breathe and read this statement over and over again because it could be actually true. But, before you begin celebrating, guys, please note that there’s a catch. A leading entertainment portal reports that Karan requested Ranbir and Alia to feature together on his show, and apparently, both have agreed, but with a certain disclaimer.

"Karan has already spoken to Alia and Ranbir and convinced them to come together on his show. He is extremely close to both of them and they couldn't decline his request. Karan wants to get the much-talked-about duo to spill the beans on their affair,” a source told the portal.

Rumours of Ranbir and Alia’s relationship were all over the press ever since both started making rampant appearances together. But, folks didn’t have to wait for a confirmation just as much because Ranbir, in an interview with a magazine in May, admitted to have been dating Alia.

As far as their appearance on Koffee With Karan is concerned, Ranbir has put forward a condition as he has reportedly requested the filmmaker to center the episode around their upcoming film Brahmastra instead of making it all about their personal life. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film stars Ranbir and Alia in the principal roles.

"RK has requested Karan to make it a Brahmastra special episode where both he and Alia will mostly talk about the film and their onscreen pairing rather than discuss their love life. He doesn't want that to grab any more headlines,” the source said while speaking to the portal.
