Since the time Deepika Padukone made her Bollywood debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om she has always been a force to reckon with. She proved her mettle with powerhouse performances in films like Cocktail, Piku, Bajirao Mastani,Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela and Padmaavat. She has become one of the highest paid actresses in Bollywood and has also successfully ventured in Hollywood by starring opposite Vin Diesel in xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
After Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja got married, all eyes have been on Deepika to get hitched to rumoured beau Ranveer Singh. The two have been quite forthcoming in their PDA on social media and recently, Deepika even wrote “mine” on Ranveer’s Instagram picture. In an interview given to a magazine, Deepika spoke about her personal life and the rumour that the two are getting hitched in November.

When enquired about her rumoured engagement and impending wedding, the actress said, “I try and keep it separate as much as possible, but I don’t try to fight or control the speculation.” She said that her parents’ marriage has been a benchmark for her. She said, “The way they are as a couple, the way they have held the family together. They are amazing role models.” She also said that she has always been passionate about starting her own family. She said, “Absolutely — I want to have kids.”
Deepika was spotted buying jewellery with her mother recently. Reportedly, Ranveer has bought two floors in the building that he stays in and is renovating them. Buzz is that Deepika and Ranveer will stay there after they get married. It was also reported by a leading daily that Ranveer is planning to go on a bachelors’ trip in July with his close friends and buddies.
