Akshay Kumar Plays Beach Volleyball at Juhu with locals, proves that he is the fittest actor of his age

Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest actors of his age and no, we are not the only ones who say this but the fact is universally agreed. The ease with which Akshay does his own stunts in the movies is testimony to the actor’s fitness. So it comes as no surprise that today he was caught on video playing beach volleyball with a group of youngsters at Juhu beach.

Akshay shared the video on his Twitter and wrote, “Superb Sunday morning playing volleyball with these boys at Juhu beach today. Always been a believer of 'a little goes a long way' So what are you doing to stay fit this weekend? Do share your photos/videos/experiences using #FitIndia”. He asked Twitterati to share their photos or videos of how they are trying to be fit by using the hashtag #FitIndia. The video has already gone viral with more than 2,28,000 views and more than 5,000 likes.

Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna has often written about his penchant for getting up early in the morning to do his exercise regime and this video proves yet again that the actor at the age of 50 years is still sprightly. He is known for his no-partying ways and leading a healthy lifestyle and sleeping at a fixed time.

The National Award winning actor was last seen in Pad Man opposite Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor. The movie was produced by Twinkle Khanna and was directed by R.Balki. It was a biographical comedy based on the short story The Sanitary Man of Sacred Land in Twinkle's book The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad which was in turn inspired by the life and work of Arunachalam Muruganantham who introduced low cost sanitary pads.
