The accused businessman in question for Zeenat Aman case is Sarfaraz Ahmed

Veteran actress Zeenat Aman recently filed a molestation and stalking case against a businessman at Juhu police station in Mumbai on Monday.

The name of the said business wasn't revealed. However, according to PeepingMoon sources, the man in question is Sarfaraz Ahmed.

According to her complain, Sarfaraz allegedly molested her over the last few months.

The complaint has been registered under IPC sections 304 D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code and a police investigation is underway.

In 2013, Sarafaraz was reportedly rumoured to be dating the actress. However, she denied the rumours saying, "They got the wrong guy. This is not the man in my life at all. This gentleman that a section of the media has made into the man in my life is someone I've known over the years. He is part of the Shiv Sena. I met him when I attended a couple of Shiv Sena events. I've known him through his association with Bala Saheb."

Their relationship, however, turned south after some issues and Zeenat stopped talking to him. Sarfaraz allegedly kept trying to contact her by calling her and even followed her.

According to another report, he allegedly broke into her house and tried to misbehave with her two days ago. He also reportedly got into an altercation with the security staff.

When Zeenat failed to stop the man from stalking and harassing her, she decided to approach the police. The businessman is reported to be absconding at the moment.
