9 Baje 9 Minute: Surbhi Chandna, Hina Khan, Ankita Lokhande and Krystle D'Souza light candles and diyas to fight Coronavirus together

The Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi, on Friday, addressed his countrymen with respect to the alarming spread of the novel COVID-19. The rapid growth of the virus has confined the citizens to their homes and has become a cause of panic and worry. Extending support to this initiative, television celebrities showed up in their balconies in large numbers.

Surbhi Chandna was amongst the first to step out in her balcony with a diya. The actress who was recently seen in Sanjivani as Dr. Ishani Arora, captioned her picture on Instagram as "Umeed Ka Diya".
