Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar to make his television debut as a reality show judge with Salman Khan co-produced Nach Baliye 9?


Nach Baliye 9 has built up the anticipation levels really high with names of celebrities likely to be potential contestants and judges circulating across the media every now and then. Recently, there were reports suggesting that Raveena Tandon will be stepping into the judge's shoes. Now, there is yet another update to this. According to a leading daily's report, the director of Salman Khan's Bharat Ali Abbas Zafar has been roped in to occupy the seat of the judge on the actor's co-produced reality show Nach Baliye 9. 

However, nothing has been finalised as of now and if things work out well, Ali will be making his telly debut with the popular couple dance reality show.

Talking about Ali, he has gained a solid ground as a successful filmmaker with back to back hits in form of Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai and the recently released Bharat, which is continuing to win hearts and mint money at the box office. As per earlier reports, Bollywood couples Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput or Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani were approached to preside over the show as judges. The show will be hosted by Jennifer Winget and Sunil Grover as is scheduled to go on floors in July. The co-producer of the show, Salman has reportedly shot for a promo last week. 

Nach Baliye 9, this time will witness a twist in the format as the contestants will be joining hands with their exes to become a pair to win the coveted trophy. Talking about the participants, as of now, reports suggest Prince Narula- Yuvika Chaudhary and Rubina Dilaik-Abhinav Shukla will be participating in the show with ex-couples Urvashi Dholakia-Anuj Sachdeva and Madhurima Tuli-Vishal Aditya Singh. Urvashi, Madhurima-Vishal have reportedly shot for the promo of the show this week.
