Ahead of the grand finale, the audience saw a double elimination on Bigg Boss 15 on Monday. Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Abhijit Bichukale got voted out. The former Bigg Boss Marathi contestant, who returned to his hometown Satara after the eviction, spoke to a Marathi news channel about his stint on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show.
While talking to the channel, Abhijit targetted Salman and claimed the superstar dominated him. He went on to say that Bigg Boss 15 was not Salman's show but his. In Marathi, Abhijit told, "Salman might have hosted Bigg Boss for multiple years but the 15th season was owned by me. Woh yaha chhote pad gaye. Salman couldn't digest the fact that I outshined him. Nobody in Maharashtra has dared to talk to me in a derogatory manner like Salman."
Taking a dig at the host, Abhijit said, "Pinjare mein ek baagh tha isliye voh hunter dekar ghuma raha tha, ab baagh pinjare se baahar aa gaya hai."
Calling himself the successor of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Abhijit added, "I don't know what Salman Khan thinks of himself, he still has no idea who Abhijit Bichukale is." He continued, "Salman Khan abhi bhi ande mein hai, joh bahar aana chahta hai, jab aayega tab pata chalega. Uske jaise 100 Salman main galli mein khada karunga jhaadu marne ke liye."
Abhijit and Salman would often clash on Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. The host would often criticise the participant for his uncivilised behaviour inside the house.
